Total Body Spin is an hour long class that takes place every Wednesday evening at 5:15 p.m. The first half of class is metabolic training. In this class you will exercise your entire body by going from one exercise to another with little rest in between exercises in effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after your workout. It involves high intensity cardio, killer core and weights.
Following the first half of class we finish the remaining 30 minutes of class with spin. Spin also known as indoor cycling is a high energy cardiovascular workout on specially designed stationary bikes. Some of the movements and positions include hill climbs, sprints and interval training. My classes are very rhythmic and I move to the beat of the music. Enjoy great music and cycle along with the pack on a simulated course. The spinning program is for everyone at any age and at every level of fitness. This is a great way to burn body fat and build lean muscle.
