Nothing is better than a great workout to kick-start your day. Phase 2 Day A of my Baby Bounce Back program was a success. I am very sore especially after doing those trap bar deadlifts hence the word dead. I was pretty proud of myself to deadlift again although I think the trap bar has it out for me hahaha. Trap bar deadlifts really kick your butt!!! I think I sweat more deadlifting than I do on the elliptical for an hour.
My body is still trying to adjust to it’s non pregnant state so some of the movements and weights feel much more intense. Sometimes I feel discouraged not being able to go full force like I was able to pre-pregnancy but I just keep reminding myself that it took 9 months to get this way. My goal is to be in my pre-pregnancy body or even better by mid June. I still have some work ahead of me but I know I WILL get there!!!!
