Today was my first day back from maternity leave. It was very exciting to be back and to see new and familiar faces. I know many new spinners and people that want to try spin but have not yet get very intimidated by spin classes as I was one of them when I first started out. Just remember no one is judging you, everyone started in the same place you are in. Spinning is a great workout and anyone can do it because it is self paced. You control the intensity of your bike by adjusting your cadence (the number of strokes per minute). The higher the cadnece and resistance, the more intense your workout will be. So if you have not tried a class yet give it a try, just know your limits and go at your own pace.
If you would like to try one of my classes my schedule is as follows:
- Monday 7:00 p.m. – 7: 45 p.m.
- Friday nights starting April 11th 5:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.
- Friday mornings starting April 18th 11:10 a.m. – 11:55 a.m.
