I had my “Body Composition Test” done at 6:30 this morning, which for me was the most accommodating time being that I have a six week old. I was not surprised by the test results as it showed that most of my weight gain is in my trunk area of course (FYI trunk is stomach area not my butt). On my sheet that shows all the measurements, it recommended that I lose around twenty pounds which will put me back to my pre-pregnancy body. My first training session will take place this Wednesday at 6:00 a.m. I’m ready to kick my butt back into shape with the help of Shore Results. I look forward to sharing with everyone my week by week progress.
