As a certified spin instructor, it is very important to include exercise in your everyday lifestyle especially while pregnant. Exercise is very important as well as eating a well balanced portion controlled diet. Many women feel that just because they’re pregnant that this is the time to eat whatever your heart desires…WRONG!!!! Your baby needs healthy foods that are packed with nutrients not that carton of ice cream or bag of snickers.
As a momma to be on top of instructing 4-5 spin classes a week and along with my additional strength and metabolic work outs, I am very conscious of what I eat that’s good for me and my daughter. If you eat right and exercise you will get that post baby body back in no time. Anyone can do it with the motivation and dedication.
